We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at The Cow Saloon Bar & Dining Rooms in Notting Hill.
Working with high-quality, seasonal produce, you'll play an important role in delivering the food that our guests know and love. You'll take ownership of your section, work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, and be part of a supportive kitchen team that values consistency, quality, and pride in what we do.

What You'll Do:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Take ownership of your section during service
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver smooth daily kitchen operations
Contribute ideas for seasonal specials and new dishes, with the opportunity to see your creations featured on the menu.
Follow recipes, specifications, and presentation standards to ensure consistency
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP compliance
Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and reducing food waste
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Chef de Partie
Experience within a quality-led, seasonal kitchen environment
A passion for fresh produce and modern British cooking
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services
A positive attitude and strong team ethic
Full-time availability (approximately 45 hours per week)
Right to work in the United Kingdom (proof of eligibility will be required prior to employment)
£13.00–£14.00 per hour + service charge ( estimated OTE £40,000–£45,000 per year )
