We are a fast-growing agency looking for a superstar Business Analyst with proven eCommerce-related experience and an appetite to help to build best-in-class websites & AI solutions. The role will require you to plan, organise and facilitate e-commerce website builds through the full project lifecycle. Our client portfolio includes well-known brands such as Topps Tiles, Oliver Bonas, and Agent Provocateur with many more clients across various different sectors including Fashion, Homeware, Luxury, Gifting, Outdoors, Food, and Charity.
Alongside our e-commerce operations, we're now also delivering AI projects for established and new clients, and this role plays a leading part in that - running discovery sessions and identifying potential AI use cases across clients' business operations. We have a trendy office in a lively location near Tower Bridge and our sociable team enjoy heading out for an after-work wind-down drink. We have taken a flexible approach to remote working so that you can enjoy the best of both worlds with two days required in the office per week, on a Tuesday and Thursday. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Account Strategists and Senior Business Analysts to gather clients’ business requirements and advise them on best practices
- Work with the scrum team to refine client briefs and supporting documentation into compelling, well-defined user stories and initial acceptance criteria
- Scope and deliver AI projects for established and new clients, from initial discovery and use-case definition through to delivery
- Champion the use of AI across the agency and in client work, helping the team identify where AI automations and workflows can add value
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce and/or digital marketing systems
- Knowledge of Magento 2/Adobe Commerce or similar eCommerce platform (BigCommerce, Salesforce, Shopware, Shopify) highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini
- Experience building AI-powered automations and workflows using middleware and automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Make, Windmill) desirable
- A genuine interest in AI and how it is reshaping business operations
- Proficient in MS Excel (or similar) and basic knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Excellent English communication skills
