Our client portfolio includes brands such as Topps Tiles, Oliver Bonas, RHS, and Agent Provocateur, along with many others across fashion, homeware, luxury, gifting, outdoors, food, and charity.

SO, WHO ARE WE?

We’re a young, dynamic, and fast-growing creative agency that specialises in e-commerce. We design, build, and optimise e-commerce websites across a variety of verticals, from luxury brands to high street fashion, and from lifestyle to gifting.

SUMMARY OF WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re after a Lead Designer with strong e-commerce experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency. You’ll have a track record of delivering digital projects and supporting in leading a design team to produce exceptional work.

WHO YOU ARE

  • E-commerce design expert with solid UI, UX and user-centred design knowledge.
  • Strong aesthetic instinct, with attention to detail and typography.
  • Confident in presenting work to clients and stakeholders.
  • A problem-solver who applies creative thinking to complex challenges.
  • Up to date with design trends, tools, and standards.
  • Experienced in working closely with development teams on handovers and assets.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to lead sprint-based projects.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and guiding a design team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead projects through all stages:
  • Research & discovery.
  • Storyboards & concepts.
  • User journeys & low-fidelity wireframing.
  • Responsive page design & prototyping.
  • Balancing pixel-perfect attention to detail with an engaging user journey.
  • Communicate designs clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver against briefs.
  • Strong synergy with development teams to provide seamless handovers.
  • Mentor and support the design team alongside the Head of Design.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in a fast-paced studio or agency.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Expert in Figma, with working knowledge of Sketch and Adobe Suite.
  • Familiar with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, GA4 and Hotjar).
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Animation skills are a plus.
