Ready for the next challenge? We’re on the lookout for a superstar E-Commerce Trading Manager. If you have proven E-Commerce experience managing & trading a multi-site portfolio from an in-house background, we want to hear from you! This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious & talented B2B & B2C E-Commerce Manager to join us in a unique agency+client partnership role to head up a 3-year Digital Transformation Program.

You will be part of a fast-growing, award-winning agency, but dedicated to a single client for the 3 Year Plan and take the lead on managing & trading several brands & websites for this fast-moving, growth-hungry Garden & DIY specialist business. Reporting directly to our Head of Strategy & Growth, and supported by a full Strategy, Design & Delivery team with tech tools & budget to make the mission a success, it’s a dream role!

You’ll be based in our trendy Tower Bridge office 2 days/week with regular client office visits (Greater London). Our client portfolio includes well-known brands such as Topps Tiles, Oliver Bonas, Agent Provocateur, with many more clients across various different sectors including Fashion, Homeware, Luxury, Gifting, Outdoors, Food, and Charity.

SUMMARY OF ROLE

You will be the Ecommerce Trading Manager for several websites, serving both B2B & DTC customers, with end-to-end and hands‑on responsibility for the websites from strategy, to budget, to optimisation and daily management. You’ll work as an integral part of a wider team, which you will lead and inspire to achieve the ambitious growth plans of the business.

WHO YOU ARE

An experienced, highly focused, performance-driven E-commerce Manager with a background in directly managing websites in a client‑side environment. You will be a motivated, tenacious and fast-moving individual with a clear focus on commercial success and customer satisfaction. You will be naturally curious with a default “continuous optimisation” attitude and balance this with clear analytical and commercial reasoning and responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Full website oversight for both B2B & DTC Channels
  • Working with CRO team to drive website optimisation
  • Working with PPC / SEO team to deliver growth & own KPI success and reporting
  • Day to day management of all websites, CMS, content management
  • Day to day website operation management, working closely with wider teams across the business
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 Years (minimum) hands‑on Ecommerce of Website Management, in an in‑house role
  • Adobe Commerce Experience preferred but not essential
  • Deep understanding of full stack MarTech systems and practices
  • Excellent strategic & practical knowledge of E-Commerce Experience Optimisation
  • Excellent Budget & Reporting aptitude and experience
  • Your KPI will include revenue generation. This is an Ecommerce Trading focused role
  • Account and/or project Management software (Jira, Clickup or similar)
  • Autonomous time management
  • Multi-Stakeholder experienced team player
  • Conscientious, caring, objective & committed!
  • DIY & Gardening sector experience a strong plus!
LOCATION

The Tom&Co nerve centre is located at our office near Tower Bridge. Office-based two days per week (Tue & Thur), though flexible as needed for client meetings in addition to that.
