As a Business Development Representative at Tom&Co, your mission is simple: open doors with ambitious E-commerce brands and create high-quality opportunities for our growth team to convert. Youâll be the first point of contact for many of our future clients, researching target companies, identifying decision-makers, and engaging them through tailored outreach. Success in this role will be measured by the volume and quality of qualified opportunities you generate, fuelling the next stage of Tom&Coâs growth.
If you have proven Lead Gen & Pre-Sales experience in an E-Commerce Agency or similarly compatible environment, we want to hear from you! Ideally, you will have experience selling Adobe Commerce (Magento) agency services to SMBs (ÂŁ10M+), though this is not essential, providing you have exceptionally strong BDR/SDR skills and experience and are a fast adapter.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious & talented sales executive to join an established, award-winning London agency with a portfolio of recognisable brands. Reporting directly to our Head of Strategy & Growth for opportunity conversions, your focus will be purely on prospect identification, outreach, lead gen & pre-sales. This is not an account management or hybrid role, so you will be free to focus entirely on business development.
Youâll be based in our trendy Tower Bridge office 2 days/week with regular networking and industry event attendance in and around the UK, though mostly in London.
