Tolworth Girls' School & Sixth Form is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inclusion Administrator & Teaching Assistant to join our successful Inclusion Team.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines administrative support for our SEND and Inclusion provision with direct support for students. Working closely with the SENDCO, you will play a key role in ensuring that students with additional needs receive the support they require to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

As our Inclusion Administrator & Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the SENDCO and Inclusion Team.
  • Coordinate and maintain SEND records, documentation and student information.
  • Assist with the administration of Annual Reviews, EHCP processes and meetings with parents and external agencies.
  • Support students in lessons, interventions and other learning activities.
  • Help create an inclusive environment where all students can participate fully in school life.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, families and external professionals.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing accurate administrative work with meaningful, student-facing support.

  • Has strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
  • Is able to build positive relationships with young people, colleagues and families.
  • Is committed to inclusion and supporting students with a wide range of needs.
  • Is flexible, proactive and able to prioritise competing demands.
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team.

Experience of working with children or young people is essential. Experience of SEND administration and/or supporting students with additional needs would be advantageous.
