We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional and dedicated Head of Year (KS3/4) to join our dynamic and successful team from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and organised pastoral leader to make a significant impact within a thriving and forward thinking Academy. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for their subject and the creativity to deliver engaging, effective teaching.
Our ideal candidate will be a committed team player who shares our vision to “Let your light so shine.” You will lead your year group with clarity and purpose, setting a strong vision and delivering a strategic plan aligned with whole school priorities. You will monitor both academic and pastoral progress, ensuring every student is supported throughout their journey at Tolworth Girls’. You will also lead and develop a team of eight Form Tutors, fostering a culture focused on wellbeing, progress and personal development.
We particularly welcome applications from teachers of Maths, English, Social Science, Drama and Religious Studies, able to teach from KS3 to KS5.
