We’re looking for a forward-thinking insights solution portfolio manager to join Toluna at a pivotal moment in the industry. In this role, you will shape next generation insights solutions, help clients embrace them with confidence, and ensure our entire tracking offer, including our flagship TEMPO brand equity tracking suite, drives commercial success. You will act as a domain authority on brand equity tracking, ensuring methodological excellence while evolving measurement through AI-driven innovation.

Responsibilities

  • AI-Driven Transformation
    • Define and execute a vision for Toluna tracking solutions to integrate AI into new forms of measurement and prediction.
    • Partner with key stakeholders (e.g., Product Value, Engineering, Marketing) to design and scale solutions/features that uncover hidden drivers of consumer behavior.
    • Ensure AI outputs used for client decision-making are explainable, trustworthy and methodologically robust.
  • Solution Portfolio and Business Growth
    • Monitor client use and market trends for solutions in the tracking suite to decide where to enhance, maintain, or sunset.
    • Ensure all solutions/features deliver strong client value, scale and market differentiation.
    • Drive balanced growth across the tracking suite to ensure the portfolio delivers sustained commercial success.
    • Collaborate with data science and advanced analytics teams to identify efficiencies and advancements in modelling techniques used within equity solutions.
  • Client Adoption & Commercial Go-To-Market
    • Act as a trusted partner to clients and commercial teams gathering feedback to guide roadmap decisions.
    • Build sales narratives and training materials that make solutions/features (including if AI-based) accessible and compelling.
    • Support client conversations as a solution evangelist for Toluna’s Brand equity tracking offer & selectively consult on the biggest pitches.
    • Develop solution adoption playbooks and enablement materials that help clients confidently use our solutions -- especially new AI-driven measures/predictions.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing to position AI-driven measurement and prediction as a competitive differentiator.
  • Advocacy & Driving Influence
    • Contribute to Toluna’s thought leadership on brand health and tracking through white papers, webinars and industry conferences.
    • Stay ahead of AI trends and competitive moves to ensure Toluna leads the industry’s transformation.
    • Reinforce and embed Toluna’s brand equity frameworks and philosophy across solution suites, thought leadership, and marketing content.

Your Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience designing, analyzing, and advising on brand health and tracking studies, with deep expertise in equity frameworks, KPIs, and time series analysis.
  • Recognized internal or external credibility as a subject-matter expert in brand equity and tracking measurement.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, genAI, predictive models) and how they apply to consumer insights.
  • Ability to translate AI outputs into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with proven experience supporting sales, adoption or customer success.
  • Strong collaborator who works well in/with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, research, ops, innovation, platform, sales, product, etc.).
  • Ability to identify high-value client needs and/or hesitancies, segment clients & align solutions/features to different needs and adoption profiles.
  • Ability to design and coordinate the execution of experiments to test and validate new solutions and features.
