This will span from the design stage to final delivery: working with vendors, supporting recruitment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing and planning but is always ready for the unpredictability of qualitative research. You would be an integral part of the Qualitative Team and bring guidance and expertise on best practices, pitfalls to avoid, knowledge and awareness of local market nuances, and be able to autonomously bring solutions to issues as they arise.

Success in this role lies in strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Individuals must be able to manage multiple projects and take independent action to achieve objectives.

  • Coordinate multiple vendors on a project e.g. recruitment, transcription, videoconferencing, etc.
  • Track recruitment and fieldwork progress, correcting course as necessary
  • Manage vendor invoices
  • Attend internal kick-off and briefing calls
  • Coordinate multiple internal departments on international qualitative research
  • Proactively ensure timings for the programme are clear and communicated to all involved, moving the project along and managing delays as they arise
  • Accurately set internal and external expectations
  • Coordinate logistics, venues, incentives as relevant for each project
  • Ensure qualitative platforms are booked, programmed, and briefed and that tech support is available during fieldwork
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years’ work experience in Market Research Project Management or equivalent
  • Project Management certification, a plus, but not mandatory
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with or keenness to learn more about Qualitative Market Research methodologies (Focus Groups, IDIs, TDIs, various Online Platforms)
  • Working familiarity with Videoconferencing software (Zoom, Teams)
Professional & Personal Skills:
  • Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and curiosity; asks “why?”
  • Conscientious, reliable, and punctual
  • Ability to work under pressure, and within established time restrictions
  • High degree of flexibility and self-motivation
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize own workload
  • Demonstrates aptitude to include problem identification/resolution
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to develop effective relationships (internal/external)
Our Values:
  • Acting with Ownership. Demonstrating individual accountability
  • Bringing a forward mindset. Being action-oriented, bold, and entrepreneurial

  • Discussing openly, committing jointly. Sharing your views openly
