Responsibilities

  • Attend kick-off and briefing calls
  • Select/recommend the most appropriate vendors for each project with help from the sourcing team
  • Identify and vet new vendors as needed
  • Provide clear instructions to brief the project
  • Coordinate multiple vendors on a project (e.g., recruitment, transcription, videoconferencing, etc.)
  • Track recruitment and fieldwork progress, correcting course as necessary
  • Attend internal kick-off and briefing calls
  • Coordinate multiple internal departments on international qual
  • Proactively ensure timings for the programme are clear and communicated to all involved, moving the project along and managing delays as they arise
  • Accurately set internal and external expectations
  • Coordinate Logistics, Venues, Incentives as relevant for each project
  • Ensure qual platforms are booked, programmed and briefed and that tech support is available during fieldwork

Your Profile

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years’ work experience in Market Research Project Management or equivalent
  • Project Management certification, a plus, but not mandatory

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with or keenness to learn more on Qualitative Market Research methodologies (Focus Groups, IDIs, TDI’s, various Online Platforms)
  • Working familiarity with Videoconferencing software (Zoom, Teams)
