About Us
Responsibilities:
- Greeting people coming into the office, organising access passes, travel arrangements and visas.
- Keeping office kitchen and stationery fully stocked.
- Organising and preparing for meetings, drinks etc (internal and external, social and business).
- Firemarshall for the UK office.
- Organising for cover from Grads whenever OM is not in the office.
- Managing the relationship with the building management on any repair, maintenance and H&S issues.
- Managing company credit cards.
- Supporting the team and onboarding and welcoming new people.
- Working with Managing Director (MD) and Research Directors (RD) on staff issues / changes and general office management.
- Being responsive to requests and supporting ad-hoc requests from MDs.
- Supporting the IT team for UK office.
- Arranging new / replacement laptops.
- Basic fixes to printers / servers under IT team support.
- Checking server connections and team network connections.
- London office contact for accounts and finance team.
- Assisting with the processing and coding of invoices and expenses.
- Calling all direct debits for accounts department and sourcing invoices.
