As a Senior Research Executive, you will support and help deliver diverse and complex quantitative research projects. Working within a dynamic, international environment, you will manage day-to-day project tasks, contribute to analysis and reporting, and work closely with Research Managers and senior team members. You will primarily work on campaign measurement, creative pre-testing, and usage & attitude (U&A) studies. You will be part of a team that partners closely with major media and entertainment companies, alcoholic beverage brands, and leading technology companies. Your expertise will help address clients' business challenges, ensuring actionable insights and impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Support in designing research questionnaires that meet project objectives, in consultation with clients and senior researchers.
- Take ownership of smaller projects or workstreams under the guidance of a Research Manager or senior colleague.
- Analyse and transform data into clear, story-driven reports and presentations that address clients’ research, commercial, and communication goals.
- Work closely with internal operations teams to oversee survey deployment, data collection, and analysis processes and manage timelines.
- Conduct data checking, tabulation reviews, and basic analysis to ensure outputs are accurate and aligned with project objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions and consultancy.
- Collaborate with Client and Commercial Directors to co-lead research-focused client engagements and manage emerging issues.
Your Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in quantitative market research, preferably on agency side.
- A results-driven, can-do attitude with a passion for research excellence.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, handling multiple tasks effectively.
- A genuine interest in media and entertainment – from films and streaming to digital content and advertising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident user of PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable working with large data sets and tabulated outputs.
- Working knowledge of SPSS (or similar statistical software) is a strong plus.
- Experience or education in fields such as Media, Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Social Sciences, or similar areas. Formal degrees are welcome but not required.
- Experience contributing to the design, management, and delivery of quantitative research projects; ready to take on more ownership of projects and client work.
- Excellent analytical and storytelling skills with a focus on turning complex data into actionable insights and presenting these findings.
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for advertising campaigns and creative work – enjoys analysing what makes adverts memorable, effective and relevant.
