Toluna is delighted to launch a 2026 cohort of our successful JumpStart Academy â a performance-based, fast-track program to identify, coach and grow high calibre insight professionals! You will go from JumpStart Exec to Research Exec to Senior Research Executive in around 2 years (assuming performance criteria are achieved) with the ambition to grow to Research Manager in 4 years!

As a JumpStart Executive, you will be part of the âTrailblazerâ cohort on our accelerator pathway via a highly engaging and finely curated program of learning and doing, over 4 years. We have open positions in various sectors, clients and research approaches so donât hesitate to tell us what makes you dream.
What you can expect in your first few years:
- A hands-on and supportive manager as well as buddies to support you every step of the way
- A progression plan laid out with clear objectives to be met at each level and rewards recognizing your hustle needed to smash through these objectives on your way up
- Quarterly evaluations and feedback to keep you on course to achieving performance-based promotions over the course of the programme
- Market Research Society (MRS) certification on Research Foundations
- âAlways onâ training modules, to keep you developing and learning!
- In your third year, paid secondments are available, to any of our lovely EU offices of your choice (London, Manchester, Milan, Rotterdam, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Madrid or Warsaw). Alternatively, you could work with our local solution teams or our global innovation team, to get a taste for the inner workings of our solutions, global key clients and be part of some of our innovation initiatives

- Strong qualifications in relevant subject(s) e.g. Marketing / Business / Psychology / Economics / Communications / Statistics
- Fluency in the English language, both written and verbal
- Confident working with large datasets
- Knowledge of quantitative research methods and statistical analysis
