Introduction: Client Partners sit at the centre of Toluna's client ecosystem, acting as trusted advisors to senior stakeholders while driving commercial growth, strategic account development, and AI‐enabled insight.

Client Partners are expected to champion Toluna's AI capabilities, including Synthetic Personas, and AI-driven analytics, integrating them into reporting and client strategies to unlock faster, bigger, and more future‐proof decisions.

You will own client relationships, shape growth strategies, and lead opportunities where human expertise and AI‐driven intelligence combine to deliver transformative impact.

Drive AI‐enabled commercial growth Grow revenue through expansion of existing accounts and development of new strategic relationships, embedding AI‐powered solutions into client roadmaps.

Build and own a portfolio of high‐value clients, identifying opportunities where new product developments and AI can accelerate insight and decision‐making.

Act as a Strategic Advisor Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape growth, innovation, and brand strategies, using AI‐augmented insights to challenge assumptions and unlock new opportunities.

Translate complex data, models, and AI outputs into clear, compelling narratives that drive confident decision‐making.

Proactively advise clients on how Synthetic Personas can be used to explore unmet needs, test innovation territories, and test creative and strategic choices.

Collaborate with product, analytics, and innovation teams to feedback market needs and help shape future AI capabilities.

Deliver commercial success for your portfolio Partner with your Group Commercial Director to define clear growth strategies for your portfolio, while embedding a consultative and AI-forward approach across your accounts.

Own pipeline, forecasting, deal governance, and commercial performance against significant bookings targets.

Build senior relationships & market presence Own and support senior client relationships at a global and local level, ensuring consistency, strategic impact, and long‐term value creation.

Represent Toluna at industry events, conferences, and senior client forums as a thought leader.

Develop and execute strategic account plans that prioritise long‐term growth, retention, and innovation adoption.

Proven experience in consultative selling, strategic account leadership, or insight‐led advisory roles.

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large, complex client portfolios and commercial targets.

Comfortable engaging with client stakeholders across marketing, insights, innovation, and strategy.
