As a Senior Research Executive, you will play a key role in the delivery of a wide range of quantitative research projects. Working as part of a dynamic, international team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting large-scale projects and leading small-scale projects end-to-end, providing actionable insights to clients across diverse industries.
- Adapting templated research studies to meet project objectives with guidance from (senior) research managers.
- Managing smaller ad-hoc research studies independently from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
- Analysing and transforming data to deliver clear, actionable insights through story-led reports and presentations.
- Working closely with internal operations teams to oversee survey deployment, data collection, and analysis processes and manage timelines.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in quantitative market research, preferably on agency side.
- A results-driven, can-do attitude with a passion for research excellence.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, handling multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for brands and product innovation, digital media, and making an impact on people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience or education in fields such as Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Social Sciences, or similar areas.
- Solid understanding of research methodologies and experience with tools for data analysis and storytelling.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with turning data into actionable insights.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for brands and product innovation and digital media.
