Introduction: As a Research Executive, you will work collaboratively with a dynamic team to manage research projects, provide strategic insights, and build strong client relationships. You will be involved in end-to-end research management, leveraging innovative techniques and methodologies to deliver impactful results across various sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt our templated research studies to meet project objectives with guidance from (senior) research managers.
- Manage the full project lifecycle: questionnaire development, data analysis, interpretation, and actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to presentations and insights delivery to clients.
- Work closely with internal operations teams to oversee survey deployment, data collection, and analysis processes and manage timelines.
- Provide consultative support throughout project engagements.
Your Profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in quantitative research, preferably with multi-country projects (or equivalent in internships/placements for junior roles).
- Solid skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SPSS knowledge is advantageous.
- A results-driven, can-do attitude with a passion for research excellence.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, handling multiple tasks effectively.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for brands and product innovation and digital media.
- Solid understanding of research methodologies and experience with tools for data analysis and storytelling.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with turning data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
