The opportunity: To support growing demand, we’re looking for a senior technician to take a lead role across our exacting vehicle builds, identifying and solving problems and ensuring our customers are satisfied through a real focus on quality. You’ll set the standard to ensure every vehicle leaves us better than it arrived.
What you’ll do:
- Lead assembly, upgrade and restoration work on high‑value road and competition cars, ensuring OE‑plus fit and finish throughout.
- Own complex diagnosis and rectification on chassis, powertrain and electrical systems.
- Specify processes and QA checks, sign off on critical stages, road‑test and document every stage to keep our customers fully informed.
- Collaborate with engine build, fabrication and paint partners as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in tooling, workflows and H&S procedures.

What you’ll bring:
- Extensive hands‑on experience as a senior-level technician in classic, motorsport or specialist vehicle engineering.
- Mastery across mechanical systems and diagnostics, with the confidence to own complex faults end‑to‑end.
- Proven track record of leading builds to exacting standards to an agreed timing plan.
- Clear, concise documentation skills and the ability to communicate with the team and clients.
- Experience with period performance vehicles and restomod projects is desirable.
