Join a high-profile non-Big 4 US/UK Private Client Tax team at an exciting time in its growth. The team has attracted EAs from across the Big 4 and national firms, drawn by the quality of work, swift progression, better work/life balance and the opportunity to be more than a face in the crowd. They advise a high-quality client base of growing entrepreneurial businesses, internationally mobile executives and HNW US-connected families. Demand for their expertise continues to grow and they are now keen to appoint an additional client adviser at Manager level.

You’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of clients as their key point of contact. You’ll advise on ad hoc personal tax planning projects (US and UK), including assisting some of the profession’s leading Partners with complex advisory work. You’ll also oversee annual compliance, delegating and reviewing the work of junior tax advisers and assistant managers. There is also scope to get involved with the continued growth of the US/UK practice, accompanying partners and directors to networking events and assisting with business development initiatives.

You’ll need to be EA and ATT/CTA qualified, with demonstrable experience of delivering US and UK private client tax advice to HNWIs and internationally mobile employees. Strong communication and client relationship management skills are also essential, as this is very much a client-facing role. You’ll build relationships with Directors and senior Executives, as their key trusted adviser.

Based in central London, the role offers homeworking a couple of days a week if one wishes. Salary will be dependent on experience but is likely to be in the region £62k-£72k + bens. The team is particularly keen to recruit an adviser whom they can support with progression to Senior Manager grade (and potentially beyond).
