MSA Law is a specialist tax law firm focused on advising owner-managed businesses and their stakeholders on business tax issues, particularly related to organisational change and business succession. Established 11 years ago by Bernard McIlroy and Fiona Sutherland, both experienced partners with big firm backgrounds, the firm offers tax legal services outside the traditional large firm structure.
The practice is expanding and seeks to hire a qualified tax lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience. MSA Law uniquely offers part-time, flexible, and remote working arrangements.
Candidates who are CTA qualified with a law degree, LPC, and experience in transactional corporate tax are encouraged to apply. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those currently in advisory roles at large accountancy firms to transition into a legal tax advisory career and potentially qualify as a lawyer.
You will assist with a broad range of advisory and tax support work, serving both clients and other legal firms.
