Our client is a well-regarded independent firm, they seek an experienced mixed tax or personal professional to join their Macclesfield office. This role would suit someone who is ATT qualified and who has experience running and managing a UK tax portfolio. Our client will consider a part-time or full time appointment.
If you are an established tax senior looking to broaden and deepen your experience, you would be a senior member of this tax team, working with managers and partners, building long term relationships with clients in a friendly supportive office environment.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of personal tax clients, managing queries from HMRC, preparing, reviewing and submitting personal tax returns whilst helping to supervise and mentor the more junior members of the team.
There will also be opportunity to undertake advisory work, including HMRC enquiries and disclosures, and tax planning for both individuals and trusts. A really nice local firm in a growing, successful tax practice which is still fiercely independent.
