We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join our Commercial Property Department based at our office in Mid-Essex near Hatfield Peverel.
Job type: Full-time (will consider hybrid role with home working for 2 days for the right candidate). Market leading salary.
The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a team in a busy department, have an eye for detail, and experience in a wide range of commercial property matters, particularly:
- Commercial Conveyancing
- Landlord and Tenant
- Financing and Development agreements
