We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join our Commercial Property Department based at our Head Office in Southend-On-Sea.

Job type: Full-time (OFFICE BASED)

Market leading salary for the right applicant.

The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a team in a busy department, have an eye for detail, and experience in a wide range of commercial property matters, particularly:

  • Commercial Conveyancing
  • Landlord and Tenant
  • Financing and Development agreements
