Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Customer Care team for Tolent Living based in Team Valley, Gateshead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in a Tenant Liaison officer role or who has previous customer care experience in repairs/maintenance/house building.
The Role you’d play as a Customer Care Coordinator:
- Responsible for managing all customer-related issues throughout the build and following handover until the end of the building/home warranty period
- Recording reported defects accurately onto the defect management system
- Reporting defects to sub-contractors and ordering materials
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and liaising with subcontractors/clients to ensure the effective resolution of defects and customer queries
- Effectively handling customer complaints
- Support with the preparation of community involvement events
- Provide day to day administrative support as required
- Supporting all site teams with the compliance of the Considerate Constructors Scheme
Qualifications
What you’d bring as a Customer Care Coordinator:
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a similar environment
- A thorough knowledge and level of computer literacy
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through to completion
- Professional, assertive and confident communication skills; both in writing and over the phone
- Ability to be flexible whilst handling a wide variety of tasks
