Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Customer Care team for Tolent Living based in Team Valley, Gateshead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in a Tenant Liaison officer role or who has previous customer care experience in repairs/maintenance/house building.

The Role you’d play as a Customer Care Coordinator:

  • Responsible for managing all customer-related issues throughout the build and following handover until the end of the building/home warranty period
  • Recording reported defects accurately onto the defect management system
  • Reporting defects to sub-contractors and ordering materials
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and liaising with subcontractors/clients to ensure the effective resolution of defects and customer queries
  • Effectively handling customer complaints
  • Support with the preparation of community involvement events
  • Provide day to day administrative support as required
  • Supporting all site teams with the compliance of the Considerate Constructors Scheme

Qualifications
