Assistant Chef – Responsibilities

  • Put dirty plates into the wash area.
  • When making pastry, put the flour through a sieve.
  • Cook bread in the oven.
  • When making a flan, put the flan dish into the oven.
  • Make soup by putting the stock and cooked vegetables into a pot.
  • Take a break for about half an hour at 11 a.m.
  • Responsible for hot soups, starters, and side orders.
  • Keep the food warm under the heat lamp.
