Job Description
You will be required to support the General Counsel for Europe, provide excellent legal, compliance and risk management support and day-to-day advice across the company’s European operations.
Whether you are drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts, dealing with data protection queries, developing strategy or identifying risk, the role will be fundamental in ensuring a high-quality service to the company.
We are seeking to recruit a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join our legal team on a Fixed Term Contract.
Key Job responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all company documentation and/or information.
- Attending compliance meetings and taking minutes/notes in relation to each meeting and circulating as needed.
- Reviewing and negotiating various contracts
- Advising internal clients about the risks associated with different contracts
- Assist the General Counsel for Europe with compliance and risk management activities
- liaising with third parties for the purpose of arranging documents for notarisation and apostille
- arrange for the appropriate of execution of documents electronically and by wet signature
- Ensure matter records are made and maintained in line with the company’s procedures (including within the company developed contract management system) and assist with the management of internal filings, systems and records;.
- Manage files diligently and review each regularly.
- Compliance with internal policies and procedures, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain regular contact with the internal clients and keep them informed at all times.
- Deal promptly with all internal client enquiries and correspondence.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues across the company, as required.
- Comply with the relevant professional training requirements (CPD).
Job Requirements
- Minimum of two or three years PQE in one or more of the following areas of law within a top law firm or in-house legal team:
- Product regulation
- Employment
- Data protection
- Import and export compliance, international trade and sanctions
- Experience in company commercial law, and EU public procurement regulations including a strong technical ability to review, negotiate and draft of contracts is ideal but not essential. If there is no experience in this, then there must be a willingness to learn and undertake these tasks.

- Fluent in English. Ability to speak, read and write either one or more of French, German, Italian, Hebrew or Japanese is ideal but not essential

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
