Responsibilities

  • Provides Business Analysis and Project Management support to business stakeholders and users for shared applications and services, specifically within the following Organizations: Finance, HR, Field Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and several key product lines.
  • Prepares, reviews and edits requirements, business process flows, use cases, specifications, business processes and makes recommendations related to proposed solutions.
  • Performs Project Management, Planning, and software implementation support activities (Development, installations, upgrades, enhancements, etc.) for the assigned customers.
  • Coordinates with external resources, i.e. (Hosted) Application Service providers, Consultants, Offshore Developers and partners in Asia and Europe.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves outstanding issues from company supported applications.
  • Translates business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Produces scope documents, requirements specifications, functional specifications, work estimates, and project plans.
  • Works with Lead Developers to ensure that functional requirements can be met technically, and to ensure that project deliverables are met within specified timelines.
  • Ensures that business requirements are met through design, quality assurance and implementation.

Typical Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or Master's Degree without experience; or Associate's Degree with 6 years of related experience; or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in developing technology solutions for large and complex business change programs.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in system and applications integration in diverse environments, degree level (or equivalent) education in technical/business subject.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions

The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
