Job Summary
The Sussex Community Rehabilitation Pathway offers both short- and long-term community-based rehabilitation of individuals with severe and enduring mental health difficulties, focusing on improving quality of life, social inclusion, and meaningful recovery. We take a whole-systems, person-centred approach grounded in NICE guidance. We offer flexible working hours and hybrid working both at home and in the office, depending on the needs of the service.
Role
We\’re seeking an experienced Team Administrator to oversee the day-to-day running of our administrative function for a 22.5 hours (3 days per week) post. In this key role, you will manage office systems, support doctors and other members of staff in a PA role, handle data and reporting, support with documenting meetings, and ensure smooth communication within the team. You will act as a central point of contact, supporting the clinical team and helping deliver high-quality, client-focused care.

- Qualifications
- NVQ 3 in Business & Administration or evidence of equivalent practical experience
- RSA 3 or equivalent experience and evidence of further practical experience
- Good standard of secondary education; GCSE at Grade C or above
- Knowledge/Experience

- Significant experience of working as an administrator or secretary
