We have the opportunity for a Senior Compliance Executive – Oversight & Assurance to join our Compliance team at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting to the Compliance Manager – Oversight & Manager you will support the delivery and maturity of TMK’s oversight and assurance framework. You will also conduct assurance reviews, monitoring activity, and help foster a strong compliance culture across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assurance & Monitoring
- Delivering elements of the annual Oversight & Assurance Plan.
- Conducting assurance reviews (scoping, testing, reporting) and maintaining records.
- Tracking remediation actions and performing regular monitoring and investigations.
- Identifying, analysing, and escalating incidents, breaches, and areas of concern.
- Frameworks & Tools
- Supporting the development of TMK’s Oversight & Assurance framework.
- Helping design and maintain compliance templates/tools (e.g., AuditBoard).
- Contributing to the wider Compliance Framework and policy management.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Working with stakeholders to support assurance activities.
- Enhancing MI and producing clear, insightful reporting for governance committees.
- Culture & Regulatory Compliance
- Promoting a strong compliance culture and awareness of regulatory expectations.
- Meeting PRA/FCA Conduct Rule standards and financial crime obligations.
- Supporting diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
- Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Demonstrable experience in Compliance, Risk, Audit, FCA, Delegated Authority, or Underwriting roles.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, GRC tools (e.g., AuditBoard), and data analytics.
- Experience in Insurance/London Market preferred; ICA/CII beneficial.

- Strong attention to detail and structured working style.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to collaborate, multitask, and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and confidence working independently.
