Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Communications team to support the delivery of marketing activity that promotes TMK's products and services, strengthens brand awareness and supports business objectives.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team, the role provides handsâon support across campaigns, content, brand, events and reporting, collaborating with stakeholders across the business and with external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of marketing plans and promotional campaign outlines aligned to business and product objectives.
- Produce highâquality content across a range of channels, including product sheets, presentations, brochures, newsletters, emails, website and social media, ensuring brand and messaging consistency.
- Manage brand and design requests, briefing and coordinating with external agencies and suppliers.
- Provide project and campaign support, including coordination of activity and progress tracking.
- Collaborate on crossâteam projects, campaigns and initiatives.
- Support the planning and delivery of TMK events and corporate activities where required.
- Compile marketing activity and performance reports to support insightâled recommendations.
- Maintain marketing processes and bestâpractice documentation.
- Act as an ambassador for TMK's values and behaviours.
- Comply with all relevant regulatory and conduct requirements, including PRA and FCA Standards of Conduct.
- Embed diversity, inclusion and equality into dayâtoâday working practices.
- Essential
- Degree or professional qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, content production and brand activity.
- Strong written communication skills with proven content production experience.
- Organised, collaborative and proactive, with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency, comfortable managing multiple priorities and engaging stakeholders effectively.
- Desirable
- Experience within insurance or the London Market.
- Experience working with external agencies or suppliers.
- Awareness of digital marketing best practice, marketing automation tools and AI.
