We have the opportunity for a Claims Adjuster to join our Claims department here at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting into the Assistant Claims Manager, you will assist the Marine and Aviation Claims Team to further develop the company’s market leading Marine and Aviation claims offering, in order to contribute to the attraction and retention of profitable business.
Responsibilities
- Delivery, through personal ownership and via the team, of a first-class service to all customers.
- Management of claims arising from the designated portfolio (to include those beyond personal authority) – this may be achieved by personal ownership or by working with a more experienced colleague.
- Ownership of nominated client relationships to ensure delivery of Claims services to support and develop business objectives.
- Liaison with Underwriters to assist in ensuring that they are fully briefed on claims issues at an individual level.
- Ensuring fair customer outcomes.
