Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) are looking for a Portfolio Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic team, supporting the delivery of portfolio oversight and underwriting insights through data-driven analysis and reporting. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Departmental Manager to enhance reporting capabilities, develop analytical tools, and provide valuable insights to support underwriting and portfolio management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture, analyse, and report on portfolio data across the Portfolio Solutions division
  • Develop and maintain MI dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through analysis and exception reporting
  • Support underwriters with pipeline management, due diligence, and onboarding of new opportunities
  • Produce underwriting reports highlighting key portfolio metrics and insights
  • Monitor operational performance and assist with resolving escalated issues
  • Contribute to internal and external reporting requirements including regulatory returns and capital modelling data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver timely, insightful reporting

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience using Power BI
  • Background in the insurance market
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
