We are looking for a Claims Adjuster – Property to join the Claims department here at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting to the Assistant Claims Manager, you will manage a designated book of business, support our underwriters, and nurture key client relationships. As a Claims Adjuster within our Property division, you will:
- Handle claims across a defined portfolio—including complex and large commercial property losses.
- Deliver outstanding service to brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships to support business development and retention.
- Work closely with Underwriters, ensuring they’re fully briefed on emerging claims trends and individual cases.
- Make fair, commercial decisions aligned with TMK values and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate strong awareness of delegated authority, conduct requirements, and financial crime obligations.
- Champion TMK’s organisational behaviours and values across all interactions.
