Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is recruiting for a permanent Business Continuity & Testing Coordinator to join our Facilities Management & Workplace Services team. Reporting to the TPRM & Operational Resilience Manager, you will support the ongoing development and coordination of TMK's Business Continuity Management Framework, helping to ensure the business is prepared to respond effectively to disruptions and maintain critical operations. You will also coordinate a programme of business continuity, operational resilience, third-party and exit plan testing activities across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) programme across TMK offices.
- Planning, coordinating and tracking business continuity, operational resilience, third-party and exit plan testing activities.
- Maintaining testing schedules, governance records, action trackers and evidence repositories.
- Ongoing maintenance of Business Continuity Plans and leading annual reviews (including Business Impact Analyses (BIAs)).
- Working closely with business owners, technology teams, procurement, risk functions and third-party suppliers to support testing and resilience activities.
- Monitoring and reporting on testing outcomes, lessons learned and remediation actions.
- Supporting updates to business continuity and resilience documentation following testing exercises, audits and regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing business continuity and exit plans for high tier suppliers.
- Producing management information and governance reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Supporting incident response, workplace activation and recovery activities when required.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across business continuity and operational resilience.
What we're looking for:
- Experience of coordinating and testing Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
- Experience gained within financial services, insurance or another regulated environment.
- AMBCI qualification (or equivalent professional qualification).
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the business, including the Executive.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- A proactive, collaborative and solution-focused approach.
- Experience within operational resilience, third-party resilience and exit planning would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Everbridge or similar emergency notification systems would be beneficial.
