Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is recruiting for a permanent Third-Party Risk Management Lead to join our Facilities Management & Workplace Services team.
Reporting to the TPRM & Operational Resilience Manager, you will support the delivery of the TPRM lifecycle including, including intake, triage, materiality assessment, risk assessment, due diligence, onboarding, ongoing monitoring, incident oversight, remediation and exit planning activities for high-tier third parties, helping to strengthen governance, operational resilience and risk management across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting third-party due diligence and risk assessments aligned to tiering and materiality.
- Managing end-to-end third-party lifecycle activities, including onboarding, monitoring, incident management and exit.
- Identifying, assessing and escalating material risks and control gaps.
- Maintaining the Material Third Party register and supporting documentation such as Exit and Business Continuity plans.
- Supporting governance forums, audit activity, testing and regulatory requirements.
- Working closely with Procurement, Business Owners and Second Line functions to drive effective risk management and oversight.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, data quality enhancements and framework consistency.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience in Third Party Risk Management within the financial services sector.
- Experience developing and embedding TPRM frameworks and conducting risk assessments.
- Knowledge of third-party lifecycle management and associated governance requirements.
- Experience using TPRM systems and tools, including Workday-WSS.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and provide effective challenge.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience within Insurance or the London Market and knowledge of PRA/FCA requirements would be advantageous.
