Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of the TMK Claims Business Plan through ownership of claims issues arising from a designated book of business.
- Provide first‐class service to all customers and manage a portfolio of complex, multi‐jurisdictional claims.
- Account for delegated claims‐handling authority and develop nominated client relationships to support business objectives.
- Serve as a liaison with Underwriting teams regarding claims and wording issues at an individual and market level to drive profitable development.
- Make fair customer outcomes and commercial decisions in line with TMK values, while understanding the company's risk appetites, delegated authority, conduct, and financial crime considerations.
- Championship of company values and work in accordance with organisational behaviours.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience handling Casualty claims in the Lloyd's market.
- In‐depth knowledge of the London market, especially TMK's core business classes.
- Experience dealing with North American and Latin American territories is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
Reporting to the Assistant Claims Manager, the Senior Claims Adjuster will contribute to achieving TMK's objectives while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
