Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is recruiting a permanent Executive Assistant to support our Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO). This pivotal role enables senior leaders to perform at their best by ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level executive support to the CUO and associated teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Manage complex diaries, inboxes, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate travel arrangements and produce detailed itineraries
- Prepare presentations, documentation, and board materials
- Ensure deadlines are met for board papers and key deliverables
- Arrange meetings, collate materials, and take minutes where required
- Handle expenses, correspondence, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records, including absences and filing systems
- Provide cover for other Executive/Personal Assistants when needed
Essential Qualifications
- Confident and discreet professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working at a senior level
- Strong experience in an Executive Assistant or senior PA role
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven experience managing multiple complex diaries
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience supporting board‑level executives
- Background in insurance or financial services
- Line‑management experience
- Minute‑taking experience
- Fast and accurate typing skills (65+ words per minute)
