Tokio Marine HCC seeks a Head of Financial Reporting to lead the financial reporting function across TMHCC European entities, ensuring statutory, regulatory and financial reporting excellence. You will manage external audits, governance over controls and a team up to 10, partnering with stakeholders at executive level.

The role requires senior finance leadership, strong technical accounting knowledge (UK GAAP/US GAAP; Solvency II and IFRS beneficial) and a collaborative, strategic approach.
