We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of one of our key data projects. The role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, developing and managing detailed plans, and ensuring effective governance, risk, and issue management (RAID). You will oversee stakeholder engagement at all levels, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment to strategic priorities.

Project Tasks / Deliverables
  • Leading and managing the successful delivery of project defined scope to agreed timelines, budget and quality.
  • Working within the project’s defined governance framework.
  • Oversight of delivery plans and proactively managing its progress.
  • Delivery of project and workstreams as per the agreed scope – covering core applications, finance, data as per the scope.
  • Managing communications and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme.
  • Monitoring the project budget and expenditure against delivery supported by the CDO and COO.
  • Managing risks to the project delivery, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action.
  • Managing dependencies within the project and workstreams and providing data and insight to support Enterprise Portfolio Management and subsequent prioritization, resourcing and wider decision making.
  • Managing third party delivery commitments and working with Procurement and the Executive on commercial negotiations related to the programme as well as issue resolution.
