We are seeking a leader with the drive, passion and accountability to build, inspire and elevate a team, someone who does not simply manage process, but actively removes obstacles, solves problems, and creates momentum. As a newly evolving product capability, this role offers the opportunity to define ways of working, embed engineering excellence, expand capability, and establish a high-performing team that delivers measurable value to the business.
The Engineering Delivery Lead will work in close partnership with the Product Owner, Business Analyst(s), and squad leads to shape and execute the Assurance roadmap, ensuring delivery is aligned to regulatory priorities, business strategy and technical best practice. - Ensure technology delivery aligns with insurance regulatory frameworks and internal governance controls.
- Work closely with Compliance, Risk and Data Protection stakeholders to translate regulatory obligations into practical delivery outcomes.
- Embed data protection-by-design and secure engineering practices within the team.
- Support audit readiness and ensure appropriate documentation and traceability of change.

- Provide clear, transparent reporting on delivery progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations effectively, especially in high-risk or time-sensitive regulatory scenarios.
