Tokio Marine HCC seeks an experienced Claims Business Analyst to bridge business and delivery teams in an Agile product environment.

You’ll engage with Claims, Product, Technology and Change teams to define, validate and prioritise requirements and to support backlog refinement.

You will document processes, data models and user journeys, shaping epics and acceptance criteria for multiple Claims products while ensuring quality and alignment with regulatory controls and client outcomes.
