- Job Purpose
This team is responsible for maturing change prioritisation, planning and delivery within TMHCC International.
Enterprise Change sets standards to drive repeatability and consistency, whilst enabling change to happen at a local level through federated change and product teams.
At the same time it is the conduit for understanding change coming into the business from our Corporate relationship and ensuring alignment across the business for successful implementation.
The team are accountable for Enterprise Change projects, those being the largest, most complex projects that typically span more than one business area (such as regulation change) or enable those teams without local change capability to deliver change.
This role will report into the Project Management Practice Lead, planning and delivering high quality change that enables business owners to realise benefits.
Working within the Change Delivery Framework, you will be able to bring your experience both in delivery, but also continuous improvement as part of our Centre of Excellence and Community of Practice.
This role is crucial in the successful delivery of change, supporting the development and maturity of the change function and working with clear governance to enable change across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a number of change initiatives as project manager, across all appropriate workstreams including technology.
- Planning and designing project/s, workstreams and appropriate governance and proactively monitoring overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action.
- Engage with business stakeholders, wider change teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define and agree project approach, project plans and costs, leveraging the change delivery framework to ensure quality assurance at each stage.
- Agree deliverables, success criteria, business and IT readiness and transition plans, resource requirements; project dependencies and interdependencies, project financial management; status reporting, ongoing risk management and appropriate escalation.
- Maintains all project documentation in line with internal governance.
- Ensure full understanding of project impacts to inform communication and engagement plans that enables thorough and timely communication with all collaborators.
- Monitors and reports project status against business case, plan, specific milestones and progress appropriately to different stakeholders/forums and to agreed standards.
- Learns from previous experience by participating in post implementation reviews, lessons learned sessions and knowledge share/peer reviews.

- Solid project management experience across project delivery approaches and methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience delivering IT and business change projects.
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team, providing leadership and challenge as required.
- Proficiency in managing multiple workstreams or projects concurrently, to the expected quality standards and on time and within budget.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong planning and decision-making skills, the role requires understanding of regulatory, business and technical information to ensure that the solutions implemented deliver business outcomes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to vary approach to different audiences.
- Works confidently in a matrix structure to identify subject matter experts to support successful project delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to manage by influence and engage stakeholders at all levels up to executive, across business and functions to deliver against defined objectives.
- Able to hold project team members to account, including third party vendors for their project deliverables.
- Project budget expense and control management experience.

- APM certified or similar qualification.
- Familiarity with project software, including Microsoft Project.
