Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join the Finance Data & Reporting (FDR) Product Team. This role will be instrumental in driving the technical delivery of Finance Data & Reporting initiatives and establishing robust processes for governance, prioritisation, risk and issue management and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Change team to ensure seamless onboarding of change, effective stakeholder engagement, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Delivery & Change Management: Drive the technical delivery of Finance Data & Reporting tickets. Develop and implement a structured onboarding process for incoming changes ("front door" process). Define and maintain mechanisms for engagement, governance, prioritisation, and risk/issue management.
- Process Design & Documentation: Establish and document clear roles and responsibilities, including a RACI matrix. Create and maintain planning, tracking, and reporting tools to monitor quality and timeline KPIs. Ensure all processes are well-documented and effectively communicated across teams.
- Capacity & Resource Planning: Define and forecast team capacity to support augmentation and budget planning. Support the recruitment and onboarding of a permanent team member for this role.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and delivery timelines. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders through structured reporting.
