Job Purpose
The role of the Change Enablement Analyst is to minimise the risk of TMHCC International applications being negatively impacted by IT Changes. The Change Analyst will be part of a team who are responsible for the facilitation and governance of the Change Management process, within the Service Management toolset.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality review proposed changes and approve for production implementation.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of Change flow.
- Manage the Change Advisory Board artefacts and chair the meeting effectively.
- Identify, log, track and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Analyse the data from the tool to identify and support Improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement reports and dashboards for stakeholders to ensure transparency of the process and changes.
- Help, train and guide stakeholders in adhering to the change process.
- Conduct Post deployment review and track lessons learnt actions from those reviews.
- Support the wider Service Management team to protect products from unplanned interruptions to service.
- Work with the Corporate team to introduce enhancements to the process

- Ensure quality changes are being raised and that due process is being followed by all stakeholders.
- Organise and Chair the weekly Change Advisory Board Meeting (CAB) confidently and effectively.
- Contribute to process improvement opportunities.
