We are seeking a highly accountable and execution-driven Product Delivery Manager to take ownership of the successful delivery and launch of cross‑functional initiatives across major product launches and product initiatives at Token.io. This role is responsible not only for coordinating delivery activities, but for driving launch outcomes end‑to‑end. You will serve as the central owner for launch execution, ensuring all cross‑functional workstreams are aligned, risks are actively managed, decisions are driven to closure, and launches are delivered successfully, on time, and at the expected quality level. The successful candidate will bring strong delivery leadership, a bias for action, and the ability to create momentum and accountability across teams. You will operate as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams to ensure launches are fully operationally ready and successfully executed.
Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑End Launch Ownership: Own the successful execution and delivery of all cross‑functional activities required for product launches, major feature releases and ongoing product initiatives. Be personally accountable for launch readiness, delivery coordination, timeline management, and execution outcomes. Drive launches from planning through implementation, go‑live, and post‑launch stabilisation. Ensure launch objectives, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria are clearly defined and achieved.
- Cross‑Functional Delivery Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, Implementation and Support. Drive alignment, decision‑making, and accountability across stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum. Proactively identify and resolve risks, blockers, gaps, and dependencies that could impact launch success. Escalate issues where necessary while proposing practical mitigation and recovery plans.
- Program Execution & Accountability: Develop and maintain product launch checklists, detailed launch plans, governance structures, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and readiness checkpoints. Ensure all teams deliver against agreed commitments and timelines. Track implementation progress and provide clear, proactive status reporting to leadership and stakeholders. Maintain high operational discipline and ensure launches are executed with minimal disruption and strong stakeholder confidence.
- Launch Readiness & Operational Excellence: Ensure operational readiness across all functions prior to launch, including support processes, documentation, training, communications, monitoring, and incident response preparation. Coordinate regulatory, compliance, security, and commercial readiness activities as part of launch sign‑off. Lead go‑live coordination activities and oversee post‑launch monitoring and issue resolution. Take ownership of post‑launch reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Improve and scale launch management frameworks, governance processes, tooling, and execution standards. Build repeatable playbooks and best practices to improve predictability and launch quality across the organisation. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence across cross‑functional teams.
