As Product Manager for Partner Experience you will own the vision, strategy, and delivery of products and tools that empower our partners to onboard, manage, and grow with Token’s platform. You will work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration, robust authentication, and actionable insights for our partners, driving adoption and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
What you'll do on a day to day basis:
- Define and develop the product roadmap for all partner-facing experiences, including onboarding flows, key and certificate management, authentication, member management, and reporting dashboards.
- Design, implement, and own products and solutions that enhance our partner propositions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive experiences.
- Lead the continuous improvement of our developer portal and partner tools, ensuring partners have access to clear documentation, self-service resources, and actionable insights.
- Work closely with engineering, design, commercial, and connectivity teams, as well as directly with partners, to gather requirements and deliver impactful features and solutions.
- Champion the voice of the partner throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring their needs and feedback directly inform product enhancements and priorities.
- Play an integral role in setting the strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation for the Partner Experience squad, aligning with company objectives and market demands.

Previous experience must haves:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a Product function delivering partner-facing, customer-facing, or developer-facing products, ideally in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
- Strong track record of designing and launching intuitive onboarding flows, authentication experiences, or self-service portals for external users.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with UX/UI experts to deliver products that balance technical complexity with outstanding user experience.
- Experience collaborating directly with external partners or clients to gather feedback, understand pain points, and translate needs into actionable product requirements.
- Solid understanding of API-driven platforms and integration workflows, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience working in multidisciplinary squads, collaborating with engineering, design, commercial, and support teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to use data and user feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities in alignment with both business objectives and user needs.
It’s also good if you have:
- Experience designing and delivering developer portals, onboarding journeys, or partner management tools with a focus on usability and self-service.
- Familiarity with authentication technologies, key/certificate management, or secure member management systems.
- Exposure to Open Banking standards, PSD2, or other regulatory frameworks relevant to payments and financial data.
- Background in user research, usability testing, or running feedback sessions with external partners or clients.
- Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies to derive insights that inform product improvements.
- Previous work in a high-growth, multidisciplinary environment where you’ve balanced technical, business, and user experience priorities.
- Ability to create compelling product documentation, guides, or resources that empower partners and developers.
