You will be the first point of contact for young people, families and professionals, delivering a warm, trauma-informed welcome and handling enquiries, appointments, referrals, and service inboxes across our busy Oldham and Ashton offices. You will manage a warm and safe reception space, addressing risk as needed with management support.
