TOGETHXR is looking for a Performance Wellbeing Lead to join our Girls Academy Department. You will guide and support our players' development, ensuring their wellbeing as they navigate their football careers.
This role requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends to accommodate matchdays. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, co-create support plans with players, and assist them in their transitions beyond football.
