We're hiring a Night Concierge for a prestigious residential development in London. This is an opportunity to join a premium property where resident experience, service excellence, safety and attention to detail are at the heart of everything. You'll be the face of the building overnight, ensuring residents, guests and visitors receive a first-class experience while maintaining the highest standards of security and operational efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering an exceptional resident experience and acting as the main point of contact during night shifts
- Welcoming residents, guests and visitors with a professional and personable approach
- Handling enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Monitoring building access, CCTV and security systems
- Conducting building patrols and responding to incidents when required
- Managing resident parcels, deliveries and courier collections
- Coordinating maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
- Supporting move-ins, move-outs and resident communications
- Maintaining accurate records, reports and handovers between shifts
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within luxury residential, concierge, hospitality, hotel, customer service or front-of-house environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident handling challenging situations whilst remaining calm and professional
- Experience working with CCTV, access control or visitor management systems is advantageous
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Service-driven mindset combined with a strong focus on safety and security
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently during night shifts
