About the role
As the Registered Manager of The White House, you will lead a brand new, bespoke children’s home designed to support four children aged 11–17 with complex mental health and emotional needs. This is not just a job, it’s an opportunity to shape a pioneering service that integrates therapeutic care with NHS mental health support.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring a dedicated care team.
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards.
- Driving a culture of compassion, resilience, and excellence.
- Working in partnership with health professionals to deliver tailored care plans.
This is a unique chance to create a home where children feel safe, valued, and supported as they heal and grow.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check
We want you to apply if you:
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Have experience managing a children’s residential home.
- Understand the complexities of mental health and trauma‑informed care.
- Are passionate about making a lasting difference in children’s lives.
