Senior Residential Child Care Worker
Grade 7 SCP 26 – 30 £36,124 – £39,513 pa
Plus 10% alternating shift allowance, and sleep ins (payable at £40.76 per sleep in).

We are recruiting for one of our Children’s Homes and are looking for suitably skilled, experienced, and enthusiastic individuals to join an established Senior Team and Residential Child Care Workers.
Children’s Homes can present both challenges and opportunities. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate resilience, motivation, and creativity to meet the needs of our young people.
The role requires shift working 365 days per year, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep ins.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and will be subject to a DBS check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
